the location was AMAZING. the breakfast was great, i especially liked the fresh fruit selection. the staff arranged a taxi to the airport for 30 euros very early in the morning it made my departure easy.

the soundproofing was really not good. i could clearly hear conversations from adjacent rooms. the shower sounded as if it was happening in my own room so sleeping well was hard to do.

the hotel is very central. i worked with the university near by, and the central plaza was also close. the room was quiet. (that was important for me).

the air conditioning did not work. there was no external window, so i had to call the reception and sleep with the ventilator. what an irony.

the location was perfect for sightseeing i loved the hotel it was very comfortable the staff were all so helpful. the breakfast was amazing it was so fresh with so much choice. i had different foods everyday of my stay i would come back and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

the room floor was dirty cleaning was quite superficial the hotel itself had a worn off aspect even at the reception. the view from the room was to a kind of interior court very tight and nothing pleasant to see out of the window. rooms with a view over the city street were around 2-300 euros more expensive.

the location was amazing everything reminded me of a short walk away. the staff were lovely very friendly and always helpful. there were many nice little touches i had not expected given the price. the hotel felt smart but also family friendly.

the room i had lacked a kettle i needed to request one specifically. i learned that tea and coffee were supposedly available in the lobby. the coffee machine was not working so i didn't bother.
